9:00 am to 11:30 am Exhibitor check-in begins at the host hotel Note Changed Time!
2:00 pm to 5:00 pm Exhibitor check-in continues at the host hotel Note Changed Time!
3:00 - 7:00 pm Vendors set up at the show grounds
4:30 - 6:00 pm Exhibitor check-in continues at the host hotel

Friday - April 24, 2009

7:00 am Show Grounds Open
Show rings open for Friday exhibitors' dogs only.
Practice rings open to all classes.
Exhibitor check-in at the show grounds registration tent.
7:15 - 8:15 pm Performance Test Practice
At the show grounds (Done in pre-scheduled order)
8:30 am Opening Ceremonies
9:00 am Puppy classes begin
(Note: A lunch break may or may not be taken. Listen for announcement.)
Male Ring: 4-6 Males, 6-9 Males, 9-12 Males
Female Ring: 4-6 Females, 6-9 Females, 9-12 Females
Puppy Awards Ceremony Will begin after the last puppy class of the day
Performance Test Practice Will resume after the Puppy Awards Ceremony is Completed.
(Continue in pre-scheduled order.)
7pm - 11pm Meet and Greet for the Judges New Event!

Come and meet this year's judges and renew old friendships. This will be held in the Sheraton's lovely Arlington Ballroom. A cash bar will be available. We are also holding a special early raffle for ticket purchasers.

Saturday — April 25, 2009
Time Event
(Females gait before males in all classes)
7:00 am Show Grounds Open
Exhibitors check-in at the show grounds registration tent.
7:30 am Performance Tests
Working Classes in catalog order, all males followed by all females. Please report no later than 4 dogs ahead of your catalog number. (Allowances will be made in the order for handlers with multiple dogs.)
Noon Junior Handler class
(Note: A lunch break may or may not be taken. Listen for announcement.)
1 PM Working Classes Stand Exams
Beginning immediately after the completion of the entire Performance Test. Stand Exams will go in catalog order and will occur simultaneously in their respective rings.
After Working Class Stands exams are completed, Youth and Young Dog classes begin
Male Ring: 12-18 Males, 18-24 Males
Female Ring: 12-18 Females, 18-24 Females

Sunday — April 26, 2009
Time Event
8:00 am Show Grounds Open
9:00 am Progeny Groups
Meet in staging area no later than 8:45 am.
10:00 am Working Class Females
(Note: A lunch break may or may not be taken. Listen for announcement.)
1:00 pm Working Class Males
Kennel Groups (After completion of Working Class Males)
Show check-out (You may check-out once your dog is done in the ring.)
Closing Awards Ceremony at the Show Grounds immediately following the last class.
